I was in your store the other day. And the most nicest and friendliest young lady helped me . I asked what was her name so I could put a review about her . This young lady told me her name was Jessica Redmond ..and with a smile said I didn't have to do that. It was her job. Wow... that made me want to write one even more!!!! Never have I met such a friendly and helpful person. I wish there were more people like her in the world..I'll definitely be back..

I love Belk. The sales associates are very nice and helpful. What I really love is the selection of clothing. There is always something new. They keep up with trends and also do a great job keeping all the classic items and wardrobe basics in stock. They have an extensive size range in all departments. Everything i have bought has been well-made, especially their signature brands. I always know I can find something that I love, and for any occasion. I can't say that about any other clothing store I can think of. I also shopped the cosmetic department on my last visit. The associates at the Clinique counter were both very helpful and sweet. It took no time for them to find what I needed and get me on my way.

Recently my bride and I were looking for a specific holiday item that we saw on the Belk website. We decided to go to our local Belk and find it. Johanna was of great assistance and while we were looking for it Joel, the General Manager asked if he could assist as well. I was shocked to see someone in Senior Management working the floor setting up displays and offering their assistance to customers. Joel looked up the item, we searched for it and could not locate it. Joel then offered to order it for us and send it to us with free shipping. What wonderful customer service we experienced form both Johanna and Joel. In my book, if you want exceptional customer service then you too should do your holiday and everyday shopping at Belk. I know we will.

This Belk is hands down, one of the best ones out there. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with an impeccable level of cleanliness and organization. The store is always neat and tidy, and you can easily navigate your way through without feeling overwhelmed or lost. One of the best things about this Belk is the readily available staff. You'll never have to search high and low for someone to help you find what you're looking for. The workers are always easy to find, and they're incredibly friendly and helpful. Whether you need assistance picking out a new outfit or finding the right piece of jewelry for a special occasion, while I was there I was fortunate enough to have Roger assist me with my wedding jewelry, he made me feel welcome and comfortable. He listened carefully to my requests and preferences, and he went above and beyond to help me find the perfect ring and necklace for my special day. Roger was incredibly thoughtful and professional throughout the entire process, and he made what could have been a stressful experience an enjoyable one. His knowledge and expertise in the field of jewelry were evident, and he took the time to explain the various styles and materials available to me. He asked thoughtful questions and provided valuable insights, which helped me make an informed decision about my purchases. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. I truly believe staff at Belk has got you covered. Alyssa went above and beyond to assist me in finding the right products, and I couldn't have been more impressed with her level of knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness. I booked a full glam makeover with Tre.. He was originally scheduled to be off, he was called in on his day off, and made my graduation makeover a success! I enjoyed his professionalism, his creativity, and his patience with me. Everyone in the store was very helpful and supportive! Yesterday was my first at day visiting this Belk Location. It was blast! Justin was like my own personal shopper. He helped me pick out my favorite purse. He answered any questions we had and was super friendly. KEEP JUSTIN! So when I return because I will him and I and my sis in law can shop together! JUSTIN- you’re good at your job keep at it!

I’d like to commend you on one of your employees. His name is Steve and he assisted myself and my grandson with finding the perfect cologne. In this day and time when people complain about finding good help, the bar was raised sky high with this gentleman. His knowledge and customer service was nothing short of superb!!! Best customer support EVERY! something happened with buy 1 get 2 free and it wouldn’t ring up properly so we just bought 2 shoes instead of 3 so the head manger discounts it to the original price plus more discount on our other purchase
